HistoryOur clients’ satisfaction is the result of a very long work experience which started in 1965 when his daughter Marcella and her husband Renato took over from Sante Baldelli at the head of the osteria (Inn) in the village. Little by little, the couple’s passion for cuisine lead to transformation of the osteria into a trattoria. The philosophy of preparing meals was already defined but what wasn’t clear was which fresh ingredients to focus on. At first, next to traditional fish dishes such as mussels, clams, seasnails and grilled fish, you could find fine grilled meat and boiled game at the table. With the passing of time our clients’ requests have shown us the path to follow: the fish you eat at the Taverna Del Pescatore has something special. Through the years the trattoria has refined its menu more and more and has widened its offer paying special attention to new tendencies. Our aim is to maintain our high quality
