Raw ingredients and Quality...Raw ingredients are all extremely fresh and selected with care. The purchasing activity starts very early in the morning, with a visit to fish wholesalers. The quality and quantity of fish are evaluated and the purchase is made. In our kitchen we use extra virgin olive oil produced locally.
They are light dishes, using simple seasonings, of great quality and respecting original flavours. Cakes, bread, piadina (our local flat bread), crackers and bread sticks are homemade. Egg pasta is rolled out by hand according to ancient recipes.
Professionalism, discretion, cordiality and a warm welcome and attention to details are the visiting card of our restaurant.
