Menù of Today...Raw fish lovers can indulge in moments of great satisfaction. The reason being in the certainty of tasting extremely fresh food, the great variety and different quality of fish, shellfish and molluscs present in the menu, the opportunity to invent one’s own dish freely from prices for single items in the menu.
The wine list is carefully prepared every year by selecting the best wines and wine producers. The list comprises of about 150 labels combined to what is on offer by the cuisine. Our pride and joy is a selection of white wines, with special attention to sparkling wines, which pay tribute to the region of the Marche.
In the inside hall the spirits and liqueurs corner catches the attention of clients. An exhibition table houses over 50 Italian spirits and liqueurs while at one side of the table, foreign spirits and liqueurs are on show in a glass case.
